War against corona is not Indo-Pak, Javadekar shouldn't give lecture from Delhi- Sanjay Raut
Shiv Sena's senior leader Sanjay Raut has supported the imposition of a lockdown despite major financial losses in the wake of growing coronavirus infection cases in Maharashtra.
Targeting the BJP leaders like Union Minister Prakash Javadekar and former CM Devendra Fadnavis, he said, "The war against Corona is not an Indo-Pak war. One should not politicize this fight against Covid-19."
Raut said, "Devendra Fadnavis is a former chief minister. He said that people do not want a lockdown. Yes, we know it but what is the solution to save people's lives?"
He said, "Prakash Javadekar should not lecture in Delhi. He should come here and see. He has a connection with the state as well ... No one should politicize it."
Letting you know, the Covid infection in Maharashtra is increasing rapidly. CM Uddhav Thackeray held an all-party meeting on Saturday, where statewide lockdown was also discussed as an alternative.
