Mamata Banerjee bursts at Election Commission, ask to rename itself as MCC-Modi Code of Conduct

  • West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's anger once again erupted over the Election Commission and the Central Government.
  • On being stopped from visiting Cooch Behar, CM Mamata tweeted that the name of the Election Commission should be changed to MCC i.e. Modi Code of Conduct.
  • She said, "BJP should use its full power but it cannot stop me from standing with my people and sharing their pain."
  • Mamata tweeted, "They can restrict me from visiting my brothers & sisters in Cooch Behar for 3 days but I WILL be there on the 4th day!"
  • Letting you know, after the first large-scale violence during the West Bengal assembly elections, the EC has banned the entry of leaders in the violence-hit district for three days.
