BJP's attempt to portray Muslims as enemies won't work, it will lose from Assam: AIUDF chief
- The 2021 Assam Assembly election is scheduled to be held from March 27 to April 6 in three phases.
- Meanwhile, AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal today alleged that unlike in 2016, there is no Modi wave in the Assam Assembly polls this time.
- Ajmal alleged that by pointing at him and portraying the Muslims as enemies, BJP was just attempting to polarise the Hindus.
- Dismissing the charge of communalism by the BJP against his AIUDF, Ajmal claimed that no outfit was more secular than his party.
- He cited that the Assam election will be a turning point for the country as the BJP will lose from the state.
