Priyanka Gandhi bursts in Assam, says, if Congress comes to power then CAA will not be implemented

  • Priyanka Gandhi is on a tour in Assam these days ahead of the elections. She attacked the Centre fiercely while addressing an election public meeting in Tezpur in Assam.
  • He said that if Congress govt is formed in Assam, then the CAA will not be applicable in the state. Along with this, she also promised to provide five lakh jobs.
  • He further added that the people of Assam are fighting for their survival and survival of the soil, while the slogan of BJP Hum Do Hamare Do has tried to suppress the slogan 'Jai I Asom' of Assam.
  • She said, "Youth are unemployed, oil fields, airports are being sold, industries are being destroyed but Congress is not promising but guaranteeing you all."
