Soon after that, the Chief Minister of UP, Yogi Adityanath has ordered the imposition of the National Security Act (NSA) on the accused.
Yogi Adityanath has instructed the officers to take the harshest action against the accused.
A video of the man's daughter went viral on Twitter, in which she can be seen demanding justice from the police.
