Strange! MBBS student tests COVID 19 positive after taking 2 shots of Covishield

Days after receiving COVID 19 vaccine shot, a final year MBBS student from Sion hospital tested COVID 19 positive.
The 21-year-old was injected with the second dose last week, after which he developed mild symptoms of COVID 19 infection.
Soon after when he got himself tested for the same, it came out to be positive. After this, he was admitted to Seven Hills hospital on Saturday night.
The other hostel mates, who also got vaccinated, are currently under quarantine.
To cover the whole matter, a doctor said, "After getting vaccinated, not everyone will develop an immune response in a set time frame. It could take 45 days."
