Tayyari Jung Ki, with citizens of his own country?: Swara Bhaskar takes a jibe at PM Modi

The farmers have been protesting on the borders of Delhi for more than 2 months against the Centre's farm laws.
Tight security arrangements have been made at the border points to prevent farmers enter the city. Eight-layered-wall has been erected by the Delhi Police.
After seeing the moves made by the govt, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar have taken a jibe against the govt.
Swara Bhaskar wrote- "Tayyari Jung Ki. With citizens of his own country ???"
Seeing the preparation of the govt, the opposition parties are saying that by doing all this, the govt wants to end the movement.
