2-3 Militants Trapped In J&K's Cordon & Search Operation

A joint team of J&K Police, Army's 01 RR, and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Reban.
As the team addressed the suspected area, the militants fired upon them.
According to the sources, two to three militants are believed to be trapped in the gun battle.
The team also retaliated, triggering an encounter.
A senior police officer has confirmed that the exchange of fire also took place between the joint team of forces and the militants.
