WB Is Not Sending Equal Samples For COVID 19 Testing: ICMR
- ICMR Nodal Testing facility has claimed that WB govt is not sending enough samples for COVID 19 testing.
- It said that sample collection has not been as per the recommendation.
- ICMR said that there was a big drop in samples last week, that is, 20 samples per day.
- ICMR-NICED Director Dr. Shanta Dutta said that the sample flow is not constant from the beginning.
- While responding to Mamata Banerjee's complaints about the lack of PPE Kits, Dutta said that ICMR has already dispatched 42,500 kits.
