Coronavirus Outbreak: States Coordinates on Workers and Nizamuddin Event

- Government is trying to ensure safe transportation, screening, monitoring and providing food and healthcare for migrant workers.
- States have started helplines to report the cases and making appeals to people to voluntarily come forward for screening.
- They have suggested direct cash transfers to the accounts and ensure the jobs of workers and healthcare needs must be provided to workers.
- Nizamuddin has infected at least 24 people across the country.
