Hardik Patel missing for 40 days, Supreme Court stays arrest

The Congress and Patidar leader of Gujarat, Hardik Patel, got a big relief from the Supreme Court.
The arrest of Hardik Patel, who has been missing for 40 days, has been stayed by the Supreme Court till 6 March.
The court has also sent a notice to the Gujarat government on the petition of the Patidar leader, seeked a reply before 6 March.
A non-bailable warrant was issued against Hardik Patel in connection with the violence during the 2005 Patidar agitation.
Earlier, Hardik's wife Kinjal tweeted that, 'Gujarat's dictatorial BJP government has filed false cases against farmer and youth agitator Hardik Patel.'
