- The court has also sent a notice to the Gujarat government on the petition of the Patidar leader, seeked a reply before 6 March.
- A non-bailable warrant was issued against Hardik Patel in connection with the violence during the 2005 Patidar agitation.
- Earlier, Hardik's wife Kinjal tweeted that, 'Gujarat's dictatorial BJP government has filed false cases against farmer and youth agitator Hardik Patel.'
