I Pray For the Quick Release Of J&K Former CMs: Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that he is praying for the early release of three former CMs of J&K from their detention.
He said that he is in the hope that they will contribute to normalizing the situation in Kashmir.
Let us tell you, Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti were placed under preventive detention.
This happened soon after the Modi govt reorganized and bifurcated J&K state into two UTs on August 5 last year.
Though most of the politicians have been released since then, the three CMs and a dozen politicians remain detained.
