Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray said that the Elgaar Parishad case & Bhima Koregaon case are two different cases.
He said, "Bhima Koregaon's case is related to my Dalit people."
Further, CM said that the probe related to the case is yet not given to Centre and it will not be handed over to Centre.
Let us tell you, the case relates to alleged inflammatory speeches delivered at the Elgar Parishad conclave, held at Shaniwarwada in Pune.
The police claimed that the conclave was backed by Maoists and arrested nine activists.
