Mayawati fiercely attacked the BJP and the Congress over the reservation in the promotion.
Due to the neglected attitude of BJP and Congress, the exploited class could not join the mainstream.
She accused the central government and its policies of neutralizing and making reservation ineffective.
The BSP supremo demanded that the reservation system be included in the ninth schedule of the Constitution.
She said that unless the backward classes join the mainstream, the intention of reservation will not be fulfilled.
