Misuse of PSA: Chidambaram on Shah Faesal Being Booked Under PSA

Former FM P Chidambaram was shocked and said that it is "shameful" that former IAS officer Shah Faesal was booked under the PSA.
Chidambaram lashed the govt and tweeted, "The misuse of the PSA in J&K continues, former IAS officer Faesal detained under that Act."
"Shocking and shameful. Let's see what bizarre reasons are contained in the order of detention," read the tweet.
Chidambaram also said that the detentions under PSA in Kashmir are challenges to Articles 19 and 21.
Let us tell you that on Friday, Shah Faesal was booked and detained under the PSA.
