The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the CBI on Sanger's petition and sought an answer.
At same time, High Court extended the period of giving 25 lakh compensation for more 60 days.
The court said that out of this amount, 10 lakh will be released to the victim without any condition.
Recently, the Tis Hazari court sentenced Sengar to life imprisonment and fine on charges of rape.
Sanger had filed a petition in the Delhi HC against the punishment, hearing was held in the court for the same.
