Is Jama Masjid in Pak: Delhi Court Rebukes Cops in Bhim Army Case
- The Delhi court while hearing the plea of Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad said that "it is one's constitutional right to protest."
- It further said that people are out on the streets because "inside parliament, things which should have been said were not said".
- While question the Delhi Police over the charge against Azad court said, "You are behaving as if Jama Masjid is Pakistan?"
- "Even if it was Pakistan, you can go there and protest. Pakistan was a part of undivided India," the judge further said.
- The judge rebuking the prosecutor said, "I want you to show me under which law is it prohibited for someone to prohibit outside religious places."
