‘No change in our stand on CAA, NRC’

A day after Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan wrote to 11 non-BJP CMs, including Odisha’s Naveen Patnaik, to mop up support against CAA.
The ruling regional party here on Saturday said there is no change in its stated stand.
As has already been stated by our chief minister, we support the CAA and oppose the NRC. Sasmit Patra told.
Naveen had on December 18 announced that his party would not support NRC.
the Kerala CM wrote in his letter, 'The need of the hour is unity among all Indians who wish to protect and preserve our cherished value of democracy and secularism.'
