On Friday night protesters gathered outside the Delhi Police headquarters to demand the release of around 40 people who were detained in the protest against CAA.
Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad was again detained by the Delhi police on Friday.
8 of those detained by the police were minors aged between 14-15 years and they will be released when their parents come to collect them.

As the protests turned violent and a car parked at Daryaganj was set on fire the police had to resort to lathi-charge and water cannons.
But the Delhi Police denied lathi-charges against the protestors stating that they only used "mild force" and water cannons.
