TMC Will Not be Able to Stop Citizenship Act: Dilip Ghosh

BJP said that the West Bengal will be the first state where the Citizenship Amendment Act will be implemented.
Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh warned Mamata Banerjee that neither she nor her TMC will be able to stop it.
Ghosh said, “Earlier, she had opposed the abrogation of Article 370, demonetization but that didn’t stop the Union govt from implementing it."

He further said, "In this case, too, the new Citizenship Act would be implemented in the state.”
Mamata Banerjee is one of the 5 CM who is campaigning against changes in the citizenship law and declared she may not implement it.
