Clarify Your Govt's Stand on CAB: BJP to Shiv Sena
- BJP leader Ashish Shelar wrote to CM Uddhav Thackeray asking him to immediately implement the "historic" Citizenship Act in Maharashtra.
- He also urged Thackeray to clarify his govt's position after Nitin Raut's statement against the act.
- Nitin Raut said, "The Congress is opposed to the amended Act and we will not let it be implemented in Maharashtra. I think Uddhav ji will completely cooperate with us."
