TMC MP Mahua Moitra Challenges CAB in SC
- TMC MP Mahua Moitra has moved the SC against the validity of the CAB that was given the final ascent by President Ram Nath Kovind.
- She sought an early hearing of the matter while the CJI SA Bobde asked her to go to the mentioning officer.
- Moitra's counsel told the bench that the plea should be listed either during the day or on December 16th.
