SC lifts construction ban in Delhi-NCR, allows it during day time

SC's decision is giving a major relief to the construction sector in Delhi.
SC has relaxed its ban on construction in the national capital region and allowed such activities in the day time from 6am to 6pm.
The decision will help dozens of government and private projects to restart and restore employment to hundreds of casual workers.
The ban on construction work during night will continue till further orders.
A bench of Justices Arun Mishra and Deepak Gupta modified its earlier order, which said construction could be allowed in day time.
