CAB a Poor Imitation of Pakistan: Yogendra Yadav

Political Activist Yogendra Yadav expressed dissent with the Citizenship Amendment Bill.
He said, “This Bill is a violation of our Constitution because it violates the preamble of our Constitution."
He further said, "It violates the right to religious equality. But above all, it is against the very idea of India.”

Comparing this bill with that of Pakistan he said, “This Bill is a very poor imitation of Pakistan."
Questioning the people he said, "Haven’t we demonstrated in the last 70 years that the idea of India is stronger than the idea of Pakistan?”
