Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress Challenge Closing of Corruption Cases Against Ajit Pawar

The Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress has challenged the closing of 9 corruption cases against Ajit Pawar related to irrigation scam in the supreme court.
The parties have also asked the SC to call for a trust vote within 24 hours and stop the government from taking any policy decision.
Following which the SC today ordered Devendra Fadnavis to prove the majority within 24 hours or by tomorrow.

Yesterday, the ACB released Ajit Pawar of all the charges in 9 irrigations scams.
This decision was taken 48 hours after Ajit Pawar took over as the Deputy CM of Maharashtra.
