The High Court of Bombay at Goa has issued notices on a second PIL filed against alleged developments on tenanted land by Boshan Developers at Bodgeshwar at Mapusa.
The Court ordered notices returnable on December 11, 2019, on application for stay on any developments or conversion of sy no 3/3 of PTS no 161 of Mapusa.
The petition alleges that sy no 3/3 is tenanted land, protected under the Goa Land Use Act, 1991.
Petitioners have challenged the agreement declaring non-tenancy.

The PIL has sought High Court’s intervention to protect the tenanted lands of Mapusa.
