Palarivattom flyover scam: suspicion over former PWD minister
- As the investigation in the Palarivattom Flyover case going on, suspecious eyes are floating around the former PWD minister Ebrahim Kunju.
- In the High Court, it was stated that a probe should be conducted against the V. K. Ebrahim Kunju as he was found to have taken money.
- This information was stated in the affidavit submitted by the vigilance.
- The vigilance has sought permission from the govt. For the probe against the Former PWD minister.
- According to the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, govt.’s permission is necessary for the investigation against any former minister.
