Jakhar, Sukhbir in war of words
- Congress Raminder Singh Awla, SAD’s Raj Singh Dibbipura and AAP’s Mahinder Singh Kachura filed their nominations from the Jalalabad constituency today.
- PPCC chief Sunil Jakhar, Cabinet Ministers Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi and Gurpreet Singh Kangar and MLA Amarinder Raja Warring accompanied Awla.
- However, Capt Amarinder Singh did not turn up and left the workers disappointed.
- Lashing out at the Centre, Jakhar demanded that it should offer jobs to the unemployed youth to fulfil its promise. He calimed that the SAD-BJP combine should clear its stand on ‘chitta’.
- SAD chief Sukhbir Badal, who accompanied Dibbipura, claimed that the Congress had betrayed the state people.
