Hardik Patel appears before Punj commission
- Patidar Anamat Andolan leader and now Congress member Hardik Patel on Monday appeared before the Punj Commission.
- Patel said that he had appeared before the commission as per a notice issued to him by them.
- "Several committees and commissions are being set up. I hope that justice will be done. If needed I will come again with my lawyer," Patel said.
- The commission had issued a notice to the young Patel leader almost a week ago asking him to remain present before it on September 16 without fail.
- On August 25, 2015, the then PAAS leader had addressed a big rally at the GMDC ground in Ahmedabad calling for agitation if reservation was not given to Patels in the state.
