PM Modi Brought Bad Luck for ISRO: HD Kumarasawamy

Former Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy said PM Modi brought "bad luck" when he stepped into the Bengaluru premises of the ISRO.
He said, "Once PM Modi stepped in ISRO Centre, I think it became bad luck for scientists."
