“The emotional social and physical development of young children has a direct effect on their overall development. Therefore, understanding the need to invest in very young children is important so as to maximise their future well being. The MoU will help to visualise nurturance and promotion of holistic development and active learning capacity of all children below six years by promoting free universal inclusive, equitable, joyful opportunity for laying foundation and all round development of the child period,” he said.
