Minister rescues accident victims
In a humane gesture, Minister for Health Eatala Rajender came to the rescue of three accident victims at Gangadhara village outskirts on the Jagtial road in Karimnagar district on Saturday.
Mr. Rajender along with Minister for Social Welfare Koppula Eshwar and MLC Naradasu Laxman Rao was proceeding to Jagtial district to participate in various developmental programmes, including inauguration of government nursing college in Jagtial town, on Saturday. While passing, the Minister noticed three persons lying on the roadside with bleeding injuries after the motorcycle they were travelling on was hit by a car.
He stopped his convoy and approached the bleeding victims and helped them and offered them water. The victims were shifted in a police pilot vehicle to Karimnagar district headquarters hospital for treatment. He called the hospital superintendent and instructed him to provide better treatment to the victims.
