Special government buses for Pandharpur devotees

 
There is good news for lakhs of commuters who visit Pandharpur on Asadhi Ekadashi as state transport minister Diwakar Raote on Tuesday announced to run 3,724 ST buses for the devotees. “Around 5,000 ST employees, drivers, conductors and others will be working from July 10 to July 16 to provide better services to the devotees,” said Raote.
Besides, 533 additional trains will be run in Aurangabad for 1097, Mumbai 212, Nagpur 110, Pune 1080, Nashik 692 and Amravati for the Pandharpur Yatra. During this period, 3 temporary bus stations will be set up. For returning passenger ticket booking, there will be advance booking of 10 per cent tickets on the board's online booking website.
