Labour minister Santosh Kumar Gangwar told the Lok Sabha that the government had not set any target for job creation. In the election manifesto of BJP in 2014, it promised 10 million jobs. If the government hasn't set any target, how will it provide these many jobs.? Where are those jobs? Why do over 18.6 million Indians have to fight against unemployment?
