Sedition charges are filed against the 49 prominent personalities including Ramachandra Guha, Mani Ratnam, actress Aparna Sen, and many others who wrote a letter to PM against Mob-Lynchings. It is really disheartening that the people who have dedicated their lives for a better society are facing the sedition charges. It is high time that the government should end their monopoly and realize that if someone is speaking anything which questions them or makes them aware is not an anti-national.
