October is here and the burning of crops in neighboring states have started. According to HT in the last 3 days, at least 148 farm fires have been reported in Punjab. This means soon Delhi will again turn into a smoke chamber.
Now my question is what step is Delhi government taking to reduce the pollution caused by the burning of crops.
Is implementation of odd-even enough to reduce the pollution caused by other mediums like burning of crops and industrial pollution??
