A political rift has cropped up between two factions of BJD unit of Aska in Ganjam district after one of the groups organised a meeting against Aska MLA Debaraj Mohanty at Kendupadar block yesterday. According to sources, the meeting was attended by Aska MP Ladu Kishore Swain, president and past-presidents of the block, sarpanchs and samiti members. The group accused Mohanty of ignoring party workers and unable to execute party work properly.
