The Kerala High Court on Thurday dismissed an anticipatory bail petition filed by Malayalam.film actor Kollam Thulasi in a case registered against him for his alleged remarks against women at an NDA protest meeting over the Sabarimala Temple issue.
The Court directed him to surrender before the investigation officer.
Addressing the protesters in Kollam on October 12, Thulasi, a BJP supporter, had allegedly said, “women in the restricted age group who visit the Lord Ayappa Temple should be ripped apart.”
