Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has misled the Assembly in his reply on the issue about the appointment of Higher Education Minister K.T. Jaleel’s relative as general manager of the Kerala State Minorities Development Finance Corporation (KSMDFC), Muslim Youth League (MYL) State general secretary P.K. Firos has said.
Rejecting the Chief Minister’s claim that the State exchequer had not suffered any loss because of the appointment of Dr. Jaleel’s relative, Mr. Firos showed proof of a month’s salary accepted by the man in question.
