BJP national secretary H. Raja on Monday accused Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan of declaring a war on Hindus. “His government’s actions in the last 20 days in the guise of implementing the Supreme Court’s verdict in the Sabarimala issue has shown that he is against Hindus,” the BJP leader alleged.
He said Hindus would oppose the actions of Mr. Vijayan who, according to him, would go down in history as the last communist Chief Minister of the country. The BJP leader claimed that the Kerala CM did not act in a similar fashion when it came to issues concerning other religions. In a dispute between two factions of Christians – the Orthodox Syrian Church and the Jacobite Syrian Christian Church — he did not implement the court’s order, Mr. Raja alleged.
