Kerala Police on Wednesday released photographs of 210 people suspected to have been involved in the violent incidents reported at Sabrimala and nearby areas during the protest against women’s entry to the shrine last week.
The six-day protest by Sabarimala Action Committee and various Hindu organisations turned violent several times, leading to the assault on mediapersons and causing damage to dozens of vehicles. Protesters also intimidated women who dared to attempt going to the hill shrine.
