Chief Electoral Officer Rajat Kumar has asserted that the Election Commission will take a call on the dates of the elections to Telangana Legislative Assembly.
The Election Commission was constantly evaluating the situation in the four States as also Telangana and it had speeded up the process because election process in Telangana should be completed by March 6, marking the end of the six month deadline for the conduct of the election to Assembly which was dissolved on September 6.

“There is no time line fixed, but the EC is constantly evaluating the situation. The Commission will take a call on the schedule based on its interactions and observations,” the CEO said.
