TDP chief brought it upon himself: Kanna

BJP State president Kanna Lakshminarayana said the Dharmabad court in Maharashtra issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in connection with his visit to the controversial Babli project in 2010 because he had since not appeared before it.
The TDP sensed an opportunity in it and wasted no time in unleashing the false propaganda that it was a part of the much-hyped ‘Operation Garuda,’ he observed.
Addressing party workers after Thota Vijayalakshmi was sworn in as the State president of BJP Mahila Morcha here on Friday, Mr. Lakshminarayana said Mr. Naidu should have appeared in the court after a case was booked against him but he was absent 22 times.
