Amid speculation that the TG family  would continue to fight with TDP to get Kurnool Assembly seat in the next general elections, Mr T.G. Bharath, chairman and managing director of Rayalaseem industries, said that Kurnool city would develop if if AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu contests and wins from the constituency. He said that there was no significant development in the city in the past four years.
Mr  S.V. Mohan Reddy, a relative of AP tourism minister Bhuma Akhila Priya, was declared as the TDP candidate for  Kurnool assembly seat by IT minister Nara Lokesh at a public meeting last month.
