Kolkata: A delegation of the Trinamool Congress comprising MLAs and MPs met Governor K N Tripathi on Thursday and apprised him of the opposition parties' constant efforts to narrate false information and resort to falsehood by suppressing actual facts in regard to the incidents of violence during filing of nomination for the ensuing Panchayat elections. The delegation included Partha Chatterjee, Subrata Mukherjee, Sovandeb Chattopadhyay, Aroop Biswas, Firhad Hakim, Chandrima Bhattacharya, Nirmal Ghosh, Tapas Roy and Subrata Bakshi.
