Siliguri: Trinamul leaders will highlight the "nexus" or the tacit understanding among CPM and Congress during their campaign ahead of the rural polls across north Bengal, state tourism minister and senior party leader Gautam Deb said here on Saturday.
Deb was referring to the recent episode that was witnessed at Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC) on last Thursday. Congress councillors supported the budget tabled by the Left, who are a minority in the civic body and tried to drive home the point that they "were left with no other option."
