Bihar Elections 2020: Reality check of Nitish's "sushasan and taraqqi"

Bihar CM Nitish claims about good governance and prosperity turns into a complete jumla as in 2012-19 state GDP was 6.16% while the other states have an average of 7.73%.
In 2011-12 and 2018-19, the country's average per capita income (PCI) was 5.61%, while Bihar's was on 4% PCI which makes it lowest in the country.
According to the NSS report, 87% of workers from Bihar are unemployed, with an unemployment rate of 46%, which makes it worst in the country, and the suicide due to unemployment has been increased by 438%.
Bihar is second in heinous crime cases in the country with a double crime rate between 2010-19, crime against children has been increased by 73%.
59% of Nirbhaya funds are unspent till February and in between 2010-19 cruelty and atrocities against women have been increased by 26%.
