We Reiterate Our Pledge to Preserve Our Planet's Rich Biodiversity: PM Modi

PM Modi requested people to ensure that the flora and fauna flourish & take a pledge to preserve our planet's rich biodiversity on the occasion of World Environment Day.
PM tweeted, "On World Environment Day, we reiterate our pledge to preserve our planet's rich biodiversity."
"Let us collectively do whatever possible to ensure the flora and fauna with whom we share the Earth thrive. May we leave an even better planet for the coming generations," he added.
Apart from this, he also shared a clip from his radio show 'Mann Ki Baat' where he mentioned conservation of rainwater & protecting the rich diversity of nature.
PM said that water conversation especially rain-water harvesting is essential and exhorted everyone to strive for saving rainwater in the upcoming monsoons.
