- Maharashtra housing minister Jitendra Awhad has been recovered and discharged from the hospital.
- Jitendra Awhad had tested positive for COVID 19 in April.
- He informed about his wellbeing on the twitter.
- He tweeted, "I also would like to thank the hospital staff including nurses, ward boys, doctors and other employees for all that they have done for me and I will be indebted to them all my life."
- Awhad also said that he will be back on the field in a month.
