Bangladesh Foreign Minister Cancels India Visit After CAB

On Thursday, Bangladesh Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen canceled his visit to Delhi to participate in Delhi Dialogue.
According to officials, “The visit has been put off for now… No fresh dates have been announced for visit.”
This decision comes a day after the Rajya Sabha passed the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill with 125 votes.

There were indications that Bangladesh was not comfortable with Indian govt passing the CAB which gives citizenship to religious minorities from Bang, Pak, and Afghanistan.
